7 Detox Drinks to Keep Your Tummy Flat this Summer

With summer here we're all trying to eat and drink healthy, to keep our tummies flat and vacation ready. Here are a few of my favorite and easy detox water recipes!

1. Ginger-Lemon : 

1 tbsp of grated ginger, 1 sliced cucumber, 1 sliced lemon, 1/3 cup of mint leaves


2. The Fat Blaster

3 pieces of sliced watermelon and 1/3 cup of mint leaves


3. Raspberry-Lemon

1/2 cup of raspberries, 1 sliced lemon, 1/3 cup of mint leaves


4. Tummy Detox

1 sliced apple and 2 cinnamon sticks


5. Green Tea-tox

1 lime, 1 green tea bag, 1/4 cup of mint leaves


6. Strawberry-Kiwi

6 sliced strawberries, 1 sliced kiwi, 1/2 sliced cucumber


7. Lemon & Grapefruit

4 sliced strawberries, 1 sliced lemon, 1/2 sliced grapefruit
